  • 400g packet leek, mushroom, cheese and chive quiche
  • 750.00 ml watercress sprigs
  • 82.50 ml pecans, toasted, chopped
  • 2 red delicious apples, cored, cut into thin slices
  • 40.00 ml balsamic glaze
Instructions:
  • Bake quiches according to the instructions on the package.
  • Place watercress in a large bowl, then layer with apple slices and pecans. Season with salt and pepper, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a delightful touch.
