Delicious without coconut and nuts, always a crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup flaked coconut
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Combine cake mix, 1 box of pudding mix, eggs, oil, and soda in a bowl. Add coconut and nuts if desired. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes, then allow to cool.
  • Whisk a box of pudding with milk until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate.
