Sip on a refreshing watermelon pineapple cocktail for a laid-back Friday night.
Ingredients:
  • 500g peeled watermelon, chopped
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) pineapple juice
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) white rum
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) triple sec liqueur
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine watermelon, pineapple juice, rum, liqueur, and grenadine. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide the ice evenly among the serving glasses, then top with the refreshing watermelon mixture to enjoy.
