Wheat-free prawn, tomato & olive pasta

Make this crowd-pleasing prawn dish with gluten-free pasta for all to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 300g ris'o'mais spiral pasta (Orgran brand)
  • 1 x 500g jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 12 kalamata olives, pitted, halved
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 16 medium cooked prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh basil
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta in a pot of lightly salted boiling water until perfectly cooked. Then, strain the pasta.
  • In a saucepan, gently simmer the sauce over medium heat. Stir in olives, lemon rind, and garlic, cover, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add prawns, basil, and parsley, and cook for 1 more minute before removing from heat.
  • Portion out the pasta into individual bowls, then generously spoon the flavorful pasta sauce on top before serving promptly.
