Whiskey-infused burgers with beer, Jack Daniels, Worcestershire, garlic, and onion for a bold and flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 0.25 cup beer (such as Sam Adams®)
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger whiskey (such as Jack Daniel's®)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Get the outdoor grill going at medium-high heat and give the grate a light oiling.
  • Mix ground beef, beer, Worcestershire sauce, whiskey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly combined. Form into 6 patties.
  • Grill the meat to your liking for 5 to 8 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
