Make this quick and easy dessert with just four ingredients in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 160g white chocolate
  • 125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries, just thawed
  • 330ml (1 1/3 cups) thick custard
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir occasionally until melted. Remove from heat and divide the chocolate evenly among four 250ml (1-cup) serving glasses. Chill in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  • In a small bowl, gently crush the raspberries with a fork. Spoon them evenly into serving glasses and top with custard.
  • Whip the cream with an electric beater until soft peaks form. Add a dollop of cream on top of desserts and serve right away.
