Delicious cookie bars with oats, white chocolate chips, and dried cranberries for a flavorful and textured treat that kids love.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • salt
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Incorporate eggs and vanilla extract, mix until fully combined.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt with the sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. Fold in the oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25-28 minutes.
  • Take the baking pan out of the oven and allow it to rest for 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
