Festive no-bake white chocolate treats for a joyous Christmas celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 105g rice bubbles
  • 80g desiccated coconut
  • 40g icing sugar
  • 150g white chocolate
  • 50g copha, melted
  • 100g white chocolate, melted, extra
  • 100’s & 1000's, to decorate
  • Red and green Mini M&M's, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Cut 4 squares of baking paper, measuring 30cm on each side. Cut each square in half diagonally to create 8 triangles. Roll each triangle into a cone shape and use a staple to secure it.
  • In a large bowl, mix rice bubbles, coconut, and icing sugar. Melt chocolate and Copha in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring for 3 mins until smooth. Combine with rice bubble mixture, then spoon into cones and press lightly. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.
  • Peel off paper cones from chocolate crackles and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle the cones with more melted chocolate and sprinkle with colorful 100’s & 1000’s. Dip Mini M&M’s in the extra chocolate, then place them on the cones. Let it set aside until firm.
