Festive holiday treat: Crunchy chow mein noodles and salty peanuts mixed with white chips, marshmallows, vanilla frosting, and sprinkles. Ideal for sharing at parties.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup cocktail peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 16-oz container)
  • 2 teaspoons Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors Jingle Mix nonpareils
Instructions:
  • Prepare cookie sheets by lining them with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper, then lightly spray them with cooking spray. Next, spray a large bowl with cooking spray and combine the noodles with the peanuts in the bowl.
  • - Coat a medium microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray and combine butter with marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. - Mix in white vanilla baking chips and frosting. Microwave uncovered on High for an additional 30 seconds; stir until well blended.
  • Drizzle the warm marshmallow mixture over the noodles and peanuts, mix until evenly coated. Spoon tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper, sprinkle with colorful toppings. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. If the mixture gets too firm, warm it in the microwave for 15 to 30 seconds on High before continuing.
  • Allow to cool completely for a minimum of 1 hour before storing in an airtight container at room temperature.
