Modern twist on classic slice with sweet white chocolate. Deliciously delightful!
Ingredients:
- 150g Oreo Original Cookies, roughly chopped
- 57.50 gm walnuts, roughly chopped
- 125.00 ml rice bubbles
- 125.00 ml dried apricots, sliced
- 8 dried figs, roughly chopped
- 450g White Chocolate Melts, melted
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with care. Transfer the mixture into a lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan. Chill for 1-2 hours until solid. Cut into triangles and enjoy!
