Spread holiday cheer with delectable white chocolate Christmas treats.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml slivered almonds
  • 400g white chocolate, chopped
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream
  • 200g packet dried pawpaw, chopped
  • 250.00 ml mini marshmallows
  • 375.00 ml rice bubbles
Instructions:
  • Line a tray with 24 paper cases. Toast almonds in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before using.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate and cream on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, until smooth. Let it cool for 10 minutes before using.
  • Combine almonds, paw paw, marshmallows, and rice bubbles with chocolate, ensuring they are well mixed together. Spoon the mixture into paper cases and refrigerate until it is fully set.
