Create a festive Christmas cocktail by blending marshmallows, Malibu rum, and maraschino cherries.
Ingredients:
  • 4 white marshmallows
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • 4 pink marshmallows
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 27.50 gm coconut flakes
  • 82.50 ml quartered red glacé cherries
  • 187.50 ml Malibu Caribbean rum with coconut flavour
  • 62.50 ml coconut syrup
  • Chilled soda water, to serve
Instructions:
  • Alternate threading 1 white marshmallow, 1 maraschino cherry, and 1 pink marshmallow on short skewers to create a total of 4 skewers.
  • Spread coconut on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rims of 4 martini glasses, then dip them in the coconut to coat the rims.
  • Arrange the quartered cherries at the bottom of the prepared glasses.
  • In a jug, mix together Malibu rum and coconut syrup. Pour evenly into glasses and top up with soda water. Garnish each glass with skewers before serving immediately.
