Wholegrain mustard potato mash

Elevate classic mashed potatoes with the zing of wholegrain mustard. Perfect side for any meal - from sausages to roasts!
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 50g butter, chopped
  • 80ml cream
  • salt and cracked black pepper
  • 46.80 gm wholegrain mustard
Instructions:
  • Boil the potatoes in a large saucepan for 20 minutes until they are soft. Once done, drain the water and return the potatoes to the pan.
  • Combine the butter, cream, salt, and pepper, then mash with a potato masher until smooth.
  • Transfer the mashed mixture to a generous serving bowl and incorporate the mustard by gently swirling it with a spoon. Serve promptly.
