Ingredients:
  • 115 g black mustard seeds
  • 115 g yellow mustard seeds
  • 85 ml British beer such as Fuller's London Pride
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 85 ml malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine all the seeds. Pour in the beer, stir well, cover with clingfilm, and let sit at room temperature overnight. The following day, strain the mustard seeds over a bowl. Blend half, then combine with the whole seeds in the bowl. Mix in the sea salt, malt vinegar, and honey. Stir until fully combined, then transfer to sterilized jars.
