Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup blackberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Combine milk, egg, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, and baking powder until well mixed. Gently fold in blackberries.
  • Carefully fill each muffin cup halfway with the delicious batter using a spoon.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 20 minutes.
