Ingredients:
  • 4 goose breasts
  • 1 dash dry vermouth
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, place in a baking dish, splash with vermouth, and season with salt. Set aside.
