Whip up a batch of bewitching fudge brownie broomsticks for a spook-tacular Halloween treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 24 thin pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup yellow candy melts
  • 1 pouch (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Decorating Cookie Icing red Icing
Instructions:
  • Prepare and bake brownie mix as instructed on box for a 13x9-inch pan using water, oil, and eggs. Allow to cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 1 hour. Trim 1/2 inch from all edges. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Shape brownies into brooms by cutting and inserting 1 pretzel stick 1/4 inch into the top of the narrow end of each cut brownie.
  • Microwave yellow candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl on Medium (50%) for 1 minute, then in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth. Transfer melted candy to a resealable plastic bag, seal, and cut off a small corner to pipe thin strands onto brownies for bristles. Add a band using red icing. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
