- 2 (16 ounce) packages fudge stripe cookies
- 0.25 cup honey, or as needed
- 1 (9 ounce) bag milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
- 1 (4.5 ounce) tube decorating gel
- Take a fudge stripe cookie and flip it so the bottom side is facing up. Spread a tiny bit (about 1/8 teaspoon) of honey on the bottom of a chocolate kiss. Attach the chocolate kiss to the center of the cookie to cover the hole.
- Pipe a delicate bow with decorating gel onto each cookie at the candy base. Repeat for all.
