Wonton Soup With A Kick

Spicy chile-garlic wonton soup.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®)
  • 8 cups water
  • 20 wontons
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium heat, simmer chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, chile-garlic sauce, and salt for approximately 10 minutes until hot.
  • While the broth is simmering, boil water in a separate pot. Cook wontons in the boiling water for about 5 minutes until heated through. Use a slotted spoon to remove and add them to the soup.
