Irresistible sausage wonton cups packed with cheese, olives, and ranch - the ultimate appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 48 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup chopped black olives, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat two 24-cup mini muffin tins with cooking spray.
  • Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups, molding them gently to form a base and sides.
  • Place in the oven for 5 minutes until perfectly baked. Allow to cool in the pans afterwards.
  • Combine sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and olives in a medium bowl. Spoon the mixture evenly into the cooled wonton cups.
  • Bake in the oven until the filling is bubbly and slightly brown, about 10 to 15 minutes, making sure wontons do not burn.
