Ingredients:
  • 200g skim milk natural yoghurt
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) skim milk
  • 250g (1 punnet) strawberries, hulled
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • Sugar (optional), to taste
  • Ice cubes (optional), to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the yoghurt, milk, strawberries, mint, and sugar (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  • Fill the glasses with ice cubes (if desired), pour the smoothie, and serve promptly.
