Ingredients:
  • 3 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare a strainer by layering it with 2 sheets of cheesecloth, then set it over a large bowl for draining.
  • Combine yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Transfer the yogurt mixture into the cheesecloth-lined strainer and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days. Remember to empty the drainage bowl periodically to check for the completion of the draining process.
  • Place the cheese in a covered container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
