Delicious dill treat!
Ingredients:
  • 4 containers (8 ounces each) plain fat-free yogurt*
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Crackers, bagel chips or French bread slices, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 6-inch strainer by lining it with a coffee filter or double-thickness cheesecloth. Set the strainer in a bowl. Combine all ingredients and pour into the strainer. Cover the strainer and bowl, then refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  • Place the dish upside down onto a plate. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and extra chopped dill weed if preferred. Enjoy with crackers.
