Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 100g plain flour
  • 60g lard
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs, oil, flour, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pour in 300ml water and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a jug and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 200°C for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Evenly distribute the lard into 6 holes of a 1/3-cup-capacity muffin pan and bake for 5 minutes until hot. Quickly fill each hole three-quarters full with batter.
  • Place back in the oven and bake until puffed up and beautifully golden, about 20 minutes. Serve right away.
