Classic roast beef dinner with fluffy Yorkshire puddings smothered in savory gravy. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 187.50 ml plain flour
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 193.13 gm milk
Instructions:
  • Start by sifting the flour and salt into a bowl, creating a well in the center. Add the egg and milk, then whisk until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture into a jug and refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C/210°C fan-forced. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of oil into each hole of a 6-hole, 1/3 cup-capacity muffin pan and heat in the oven for 4 minutes until hot. Remove the pan from the oven, pour in the batter, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and risen. Serve hot with roast beef.
