Whip up a tropical frozen coconut beverage for a refreshing summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 50g raspberry
  • 6 x 300ml plastic cups young coconut juice
Instructions:
  • Pour the coconut juice and flesh along with the berries into a blender. Blend until nearly smooth, then pour the mixture back into containers and seal them with lids.
  • Chill for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Allow to sit at room temperature 2 hours before serving to achieve a luscious slushie consistency as it thaws.
  • Garnish each cup with the extra berries and add straws and a spoon for serving.
