Yum Yum Veggie Foils

Tasty BBQ veggie packet: corn, snow peas, onions, butter, ice cubes in foil on grill. Serves 6.
Ingredients:
- 3 white onions, sliced to 1/4 inch thickness
- 9 frozen small corn cobs
- 0.5 pound snow peas
- 3 tablespoons butter
- seasoning salt to taste
- 2 cubes ice
Instructions:
- Prepare the grill by lightly oiling it and preheating it to high temperature.
- Lay onion slices on a large sheet of aluminum foil and slightly fold up the edges to create a 'package'. Add corn and snow peas on top of the onions. Dot with butter or margarine and season with seasoned salt. Place ice cubes on the mixture and fold and seal the foil tightly to create a 'packet'.
- Grill the foil packet on the top shelf of the preheated grill alongside your favorite meats until the corn is firm yet tender. Serve after opening the foil packet!
