Buttery, creamy garlic corn that's always a hit - even with kids! A must-have recipe requested by everyone who tries it.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Follow the cooking instructions on the corn package. Once cooked, drain the water and combine with butter, cream cheese, garlic, sugar, salt, and parsley. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes until lightly golden on top.
