Creamy artichoke dip with a kick of green chile peppers for a flavorful and spicy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and green chile peppers in a bowl. Transfer mixture to a pie or baking pan and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Serve hot.
