Family favorite brandy butter recipe perfect for pastries, pancakes, and waffles. A must-try!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup castor sugar or superfine sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons brandy
Instructions:
  • Beat the butter in a medium bowl until it is light and really soft. Gradually blend in the castor sugar and brown sugar, then mix in the brandy. Spoon the mixture into a ramekin or small dish, rough up the top, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
