Bake mozzarella, pizza sauce, olives, and pepperoni in biscuit dough for delicious pizza cupcakes.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup chopped olives
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lining it with paper liners and spraying with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pizza sauce with the cut biscuits. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and Italian seasoning. Combine everything well. Evenly spoon the mixture into the muffin tin.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cheese has melted, for 25-30 minutes. Then, let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing.
