Yummy Veal Meat Loaf

Add Italian bread crumbs, chili powder, bottled chopped garlic for flavor, and grated baby carrots for color to delicious meat loaf recipe. Great as leftovers!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground veal
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded baby carrots
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine veal, bread crumbs, egg, baby carrots, 1/2 cup ketchup, garlic, onion, salt, parsley, chili powder, and pepper in a bowl. Shape mixture into a loaf in an 8x8 inch pan. Spread remaining ketchup on top.
  • Bake covered in a preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
