Indulgent chocolate chip zucchini bread with a hint of tanginess from sour cream, ideal for sharing.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C) and generously grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  • Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine sugar, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until well mixed. Add grated zucchini and sour cream, then incorporate dry ingredients. Gently fold in chocolate chips before pouring the batter into the prepared pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 1/2 hours until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean.
  • Transfer the loaves from the oven to a wire rack to cool.
