Ingredients:
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.25 cup grated onion
  • 0.33300000429153 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and gently grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • Combine baking mix, cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, then fold in the zucchini before transferring the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
