  • 4 zucchini - peeled, sliced lengthwise, and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1.5 cups tomato sauce
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle zucchini slices in olive oil until tender, for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle zucchini with a flavorful blend of oregano and basil. Top with tomato sauce and cook until warm, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
