Elevate the banana split with a French twist in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 small bananas, peeled, halved lengthways
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 20g butter
  • 4 scoops strawberry and meringue gelateria
  • 126.25 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • 62.50 ml chocolate topping
  • Glace cherries, to serve
  • Crushed peanuts, to serve
Instructions:
  • Coat banana halves in sugar. Heat butter in a large frying pan until melted. Cook bananas, cut-side down, for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Evenly distribute the banana among serving dishes and top with gelateria, whipped cream, chocolate topping, cherries, and peanuts before serving.
