Whip up a quick and delicious carbonara pasta in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 375g spaghetti
  • 200g shortcut bacon rashers, cut into 2cm-long pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 126.25 gm pure cream
  • 165.00 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until perfectly cooked. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, then add bacon and cook until crispy, about 4 minutes.
  • Combine eggs, egg yolks, cream, and parmesan in a jug, then season generously with pepper.
  • Combine the bacon and egg mixture with the pasta in a pan over low heat. Toss for 1 minute until well combined. Garnish with parsley and serve.
