"Quick and crispy Fried Plantains in just 15 minutes! Perfect as a side, snack, or even breakfast."
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread, divided
  • 2 sweet plantains, peeled and cut into 1/3-inch-thick diagonal slices
Instructions:
  • Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of Country Crock® Spread in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook half of the plantains, turning once, for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Transfer the plantains to a platter to keep warm. Repeat the process with the remaining Spread and plantains.
