15-minute Turkey San Choy Bow - Quick, Easy, Healthy. Just 5 Ingredients. Perfect Weeknight Dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Turkey Mince
  • 250g pkt Microwavable Black Rice
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, trimmed
  • 80ml dressing
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into long matchsticks
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over high heat, then add the mince. Sauté and stir for 5 minutes until the mince changes color and is fully cooked.
  • Simmer the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Combine the rice and half of the dressing with the mince mixture in the pan, stirring until heated through and well mixed.
  • Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates. Fill them with the mince mixture, season, top with carrot, and drizzle with the remaining dressing before serving.
