Easy 2-ingredient condensed milk recipe for irresistible slices and fudges.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 400ml cans coconut milk
Instructions:
  • In a large, heavy-based saucepan over medium heat, blend coconut milk and caster sugar until sugar dissolves and mixture simmers, about 8 minutes, stirring often.
  • Lower the flame to medium-low and simmer the mixture, stirring frequently, for 40 minutes or until it thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon (it should have a consistency similar to thick custard). Take it off the heat, let it cool down, and then transfer it to an airtight container.
