3-ingredient Easter egg brownie

Decadent chocolate brownies made with just three ingredients, ready in five minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 600g Ferrero Rocher Easter eggs
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g self-raising flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160C and prepare a 21cm square cake pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper.
  • Place 520g chocolate eggs in a food processor and process until chopped. Gradually add eggs, one at a time, while the food processor is running until smooth. Then add flour and process for another 30 seconds, or until the mixture thickens and comes together.
  • Pour the batter into a lined cake pan, smooth the top, then gently place halved 40g remaining eggs on the batter, pressing down lightly. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set but the center has a gentle wobble.
  • Allow the brownie to cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Then, remove from the pan and serve with an additional 40g of eggs for extra chocolate decadence.
