Quick and flavorful beef teriyaki ramen stir fry with pre-chopped veggies for added crunch. Ready in just 15 minutes - perfect for busy nights!
Ingredients:
  • 300g pkt Kitchen Ramen Noodles
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 500g Extra Lean Beef Mince
  • 250g pkt superfood vegetables stir-fry mix
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Asia Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions:
  • Boil the noodles in a saucepan according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan or wok over high heat. Brown the beef for 5 minutes, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon. Stir in the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Add teriyaki sauce and toss to combine.
