Indulge in irresistible air-fried chicken balls with just 5 ingredients. Chill for 1 hour before savoring crispy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 200g plain crackers
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2 tsp Chicken Style Stock Powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 500.00 ml grated vegetables (see notes)
  • 125g (½ cup) sour cream
  • 125g (½ cup) whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chicken Style Stock Powder
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped parsley
  • Sweet chilli sauce, optional
Instructions:
  • Pulse crackers in the food processor until coarse crumbs form.
  • Mix half of the crackers with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until fully combined. Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place the balls on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • In batches, coat the balls in the remaining crackers, then place them in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 190C for 9-10 minutes until they are golden and fully cooked.
  • In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with sweet chili sauce, if desired.
  • Present the balls alongside the dip for dipping.
