Ingredients:
  • 375g Simply Frozen Beef Lasagne
  • 3 frozen puff pastry sheets, just thawed
  • 55g (1/2 cup) shredded pizza cheese
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
  • Place the frozen lasagne on a plate and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour to thaw slightly.
  • Cut the lasagne into 6 squares, then slice each square in half diagonally to make 12 triangles.
  • 1. Cut 12 x 10cm squares from the pastry sheets. Place 4 pastry squares on a board. 2. Position a lasagne triangle in the corner of each square, leaving a 1.5cm pastry border along the 2 short sides of the triangle. 3. Brush pastry edges with egg, sprinkle each triangle with 2 tsp cheese, then fold the farthest pastry corner over the filling. 4. Pinch the 2 short edges together and use a fork to seal completely. 5. Brush parcels all over with more egg and sprinkle tops with oregano. 6. Repeat steps to make a total of 12 parcels.
  • In batches, place the parcels in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C for 12 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the lasagne is heated through. Let cool for 2 minutes, then serve warm. For a visual guide, check out our Air Fryer Lasagne Puff Pastry Triangles recipe video below.
