Elevate avocado with hommus, chives, chili, and dukkah for a vibrant and flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 firm ripe avocados, halved, stoned
  • 62.50 ml finely chopped chives
  • 40.00 ml bought dukkah
  • 20.00 ml dried chilli flakes
  • 140g hommus
Instructions:
  • On a clean work surface, position the avocado halves cut-side up. Sprinkle one-third of each avocado with chives using a teaspoon. Follow with a layer of dukkah and chili flakes.
  • Evenly distribute the hummus into the hollow of each avocado. Plate and serve promptly.
