Quick and delicious Instant Pot BBQ ribs - tender, succulent, and irresistible after a quick bake!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 lb baby back pork ribs, cleaned and cut in 4 (3- to 4-rib) sections
  • 1/2 cup Annie's™ Naturals organic sweet & spicy BBQ sauce
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 6-quart Instant Pot® by spraying it with cooking spray. Combine broth, seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in the insert. Add the ribs and ensure they are well coated. Position the ribs upright against the sides of the insert.
  • Close the lid tightly and move the pressure valve to SEALING. Choose MANUAL and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Turn off the cooker. Let the pressure release naturally by leaving the valve in the SEALING position. Transfer the ribs to a cutting board and allow them to cool slightly. Discard the cooking liquid. Once they cool down a bit, cut the ribs into individual sections. Enjoy!
  • Position the oven rack 4 inches from the broiler element and set the oven to broil. Line a rimmed sheet pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Place the ribs on the foil and brush them all over with BBQ sauce.
  • Broil the ribs until they are sticky, crispy, and slightly blackened, for about 2 to 4 minutes.
