Make easy Instant Pot® taco soup with 5 ingredients for a fast and tasty meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn and beans mix (such as Deluxe Seasoned Corn & Beans by PictSweet Farms®)
  • 5 tablespoons Mexican crema con sal
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) using the Saute function. Cook ground beef until crumbly and browned, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and frozen vegetables. Turn off Saute mode and secure the lid.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to select high pressure and set the timer for 4 minutes. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and lift off the lid.
  • Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese and a dollop of Mexican crema.
