Homemade pappardelle pasta with meatball tomato sauce, bocconcini, and basil.
Ingredients:
  • 560g pkt Beef & Pork Meatballs
  • 500g jar Classic Tomato with Onion Pasta Sauce
  • 375g pkt fresh lasagne sheets, cut into 2cm strips
  • 100g cherry bocconcini, coarsely torn
  • 125.00 ml basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and brown them evenly for about 8 minutes until cooked through. Then, lower the heat to medium.
  • Stir in the pasta sauce and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meatballs are fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until it is just al dente. Drain well and divide it evenly among serving bowls.
  • Evenly distribute the meatballs and sauce over the pasta in the bowls. Garnish with bocconcini and basil, season to taste, and serve promptly.
