Quick and delicious pumpkin ravioli lasagne with cheesy caramelized onion flavor. Ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 325g packets pumpkin caramelised onion ravioli
  • 400g bottle tomato pasta sauce with basil and onion
  • 425g tub creamy cheese sauce
  • 155g (1 1/2 cups) pre-grated 4 cheese blend
  • 60g packet baby spinach, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Lightly grease a 5cm-deep 20cm baking dish. Cook ravioli in salted boiling water for 3 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water. Finally, transfer the ravioli to a lightly oiled baking tray.
  • **Enhanced Version**: Cover the bottom of the prepared dish with a generous 125ml (1/2 cup) of savory tomato pasta sauce. Arrange approximately 16 pieces of ravioli neatly in rows on top. Spoon one-third of the creamy cheese sauce over the ravioli. Evenly smooth out the surface before sprinkling 40g (1/3 cup) of cheese blend and one-third of the spinach on top.
  • Add another layer of ravioli, dollop with half of the remaining cheese sauce, spread evenly, and sprinkle with half of the remaining spinach and 40g (1/3 cup) of cheese blend. Repeat the layering with the remaining ravioli, cheese sauce, 40g (1/3 cup) of cheese blend, and remaining spinach.
  • Top the final layer of ravioli, generously spread with the remaining tomato pasta sauce, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese blend, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
