Whip up a quick and vibrant rocky road fudge - perfect for a fun and easy cooking session with kids in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 180g blocks white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 x 395g cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 130g packet honey and sea salt roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 x 280g packet marshmallow noodles, cut into 2cm lengths
  • 350g block milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 18cm x 28cm slice pan by greasing it and lining the base and sides with baking paper, ensuring the paper extends 2cm above the edges of the pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and 1 can of condensed milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Mix in peanuts and marshmallows. Pour mixture into a prepared pan, smooth the surface, and refrigerate.
  • Next, combine the leftover condensed milk and milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds, pausing to stir every 30 seconds, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Pour the mixture over the white chocolate layer and even out the surface gently. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set. Enjoy!
